Stayvine is a property-operations platform for hospitality teams: bookings, payments tracking, housekeeping, guest messaging and reporting. During the private pilot, access is granted by invitation and features may change as we improve the product.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for how your team uses the workspace. You must have the right to store any guest information you add.
Do not use Stayvine to send spam, store unlawful content, or attempt to access other workspaces. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Payment processing is performed by third-party providers you connect; their terms apply to those transactions. Stayvine records payment statuses but does not hold funds.
Pilot access is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans at general availability; pilot members will be notified in advance and offered preferential pricing.
The service is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
