Account details (name, email, role), workspace data you enter (properties, bookings, payments, expenses, housekeeping records, guest details and messages), access-request form submissions, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
Only to operate Stayvine for your team: showing your workspace to authorised members, sending operational notifications you configure, processing payments through payment providers you connect, and evaluating pilot applications. We do not sell data or run third-party advertising.
Guest names, contacts and messages belong to your workspace. They are visible only to your team members according to their roles, and are used solely to deliver the service (for example, sending a booking confirmation you initiate).
Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control inside each workspace, two-factor authentication support, and routine backups. Access to production data is restricted to what is required to operate and support the service.
You can request an export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing hello@stayvine.app. During the pilot we respond to such requests within 14 days.
